Your post really cool and interesting. I was only 4 hours in trying to make the printer work. When epson tm t88iip find the one that makes the printer icon epson tm t88iip “offline”, you should plug it in again and open Printer Properties again epson tm t88iip right clicking on the printer Icon and selecting Properties. I also spent 3 days trying to install the same printer for a client.
If you have more than 1 virtual printer port, you can try it one by one. Try to follow my epson tm t88iip and use version. If it’s t88iio, well you can stop here, because I don’t experienced this. My customer dpson now super happy, mainly because I turned on the auto-cutter feature in there Point OS program so they don’t have to use scissors t8i8ip cut the receipts apart anymore.

I am trying to get this to work on a Laptop but I am using OPOS and not windows printing, does anyone know how to get this working? I’ve tried every DIP switch config imaginable with no epson tm t88iip. I hope this helps someone though.

I had to configure “send directly to printer”, other than removing the check mark from bidirectional support and enable printer pooling.
